As Veterinary Services Officer you will: Collate and present relevant Management information to Veterinary Service Manager providing evidence that key elements of the Clinical Operations function are performing as expected, including but not restricted to: Management of the Clinical Operations ticketing system Timely issue resolution Contract negotiation timetable Pricing is correct, and that contractually agreed rebates are received Management of frontline and supplier questions relating to areas of responsibility. Work with relevant functions to ensure any pricing or supply changes are effectively managed through systems, procedures and communication. Day to Day liaison with veterinary wholesalers, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and continuity of supply We’re seeking someone with: Registered Veterinary Nurse experience Experienced in implementation and monitoring against budgets Operational and process development skills. Ability to draft quality correspondence on own initiative. Excellent telephone manner with good communication skills. Why Join Us? At PDSA, we care for both pets and people.
