Bubala has blossomed into three buzzing locations: one in Spitalfields, our second in Soho & our most recent site located in Kings Cross! It’s an exciting time to join our growing team!

The Role - General Manager
We’re hiring aGeneral Manager at Bubala — someone who thrives on great service, clean systems, and building strong, happy teams. You’ll lead the day-to-day running of the restaurant, help lead training, and make sure our standards stay high (without the chaos). This role is about stepping up, staying steady, and making the floor feel electric — in the right way.
