Our client has an opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate to join an experienced and supportive Family Law team at their Liverpool office.
With offices in Manchester, London, and Liverpool, This Legal firm’s Family law team is dedicated to helping clients navigate crucial family matters such as divorce, civil partnership dissolution, prenuptial agreements, and arrangements for children on both national and international levels.
The Liverpool team of, led by a highly regarded partner recognized as a top-tier lawyer since 4, offers an environment where talented Family Law solicitors can excel. The ideal candidate will have approximately 1-5 years PQE, and experience in handling a variety of family law cases, while remaining passionate about providing excellent client service.
The position will involve:
• Experience of assisting on a range of Family work including divorce and financial remedy, pre and post nuptial agreements, and privately funded children work.
• The ability to provide an effective, timely and efficient service to the firm’s clients
• Managing a caseload of clients in consultation with the Department Head and to assist other fee earners.
• Producing an appropriate level of chargeable recoverable fee earning hours and fee income to meet cost targets.
• Supporting department initiatives for business development
