Role Overview
A well-established organisation in Medway is looking for aFleet Co-ordinatorto manage the day-to-day administration of its vehicle fleet. The role focuses on compliance, cost control, and ensuring fleet operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation using fleet management systems
* Manage insurance, road tax, MOTs, servicing
* Monitor vehicle usage, fuel cards, mileage, and maintenance
* Liaise with leasing providers, insurers, and garages
* Ensure legal compliance and timely contract renewals
* Coordinate replacement vehicles and off-road reporting
* Support cost control and budgeting
Essential:
* Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems
* Understanding of vehicle compliance requirements
* Full UK driving licence
