Job Description
1. Work alongside the Superintendent to oversee project staff for dedicated accounts
2. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
3. Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
4. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
5. Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
6. Manage budget and financial reporting
7. Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
8. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
9. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant
10. 4+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
11. Must have experience running ground-up Commercial, Industrial, or Multifamily projects
12. Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
13. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
14. Desire to grow career in Mobile, AL
