Typical activities include: Trips to the park and the local train station Food preparation Personal care Join in with activities he enjoys, including active play (e.g., trampoline time) Act as a companion and supportive presence Encourage confidence and interaction during activities Personal Specification : Listed below are the skills, competencies and qualities that are essential and desirable for the post. These can be used flexibly—either as daytime sessions or occasional evening support. - The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks. - Access to free Care Skills training for employed workers. - The post is subject to the following: - A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. - Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
