Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Care Learning and Development Partner to join the Reed Manchester office. We are seeking a person who has a passion for making a difference, and looking for a successful career which offers recognition and reward.

As a Learning and Development Partner at Reed, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training to our candidate workforce. You will provide both mandatory and specialist training across our Health and Care business and to external partners. Your goal is to promote continuous professional development that is accessible, adheres to best practices, and meets legal requirements. You will ensure high-quality training for our candidates and delegates assigned from various client settings and services.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering Training:Use a blended approach to deliver face-to-face, virtual, and e-learning content within the health and care sector.
* Flexibility:Be available to meet training needs as needed, across multiple locations.
* Engagement:Communicate effectively and professionally with co-members.
* Relationship Building:Foster meaningful relationships internally and externally.
* Effective management of concerns / complaints raised where applicable
* Support the Head of Care service with quality assurance and the continued development of best practice
* Ensure compliance with regulation bodies, contractual obligations, and Internal Audit.
* Understand and keep abreast of all internal compliance requirements.
* Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders for the Learning platform
Who we are looking for…
* Proven experience as a health and care trainer or similar.
* ‘Train the Trainer’ accreditation.
* Proven experience working within the health care sector and understanding of person-centred outcome-based services.
* Effective communication.
* Flexibility to suit business needs.
* Exceptional presentation skills.
* Clear understanding of responsibilities & risks surrounding confidentiality & safeguarding.
* Possess strong organisational skills.
* Experience/qualification/training in using IT systems and databases (Microsoft office Excel, Word etc).
* Ability to show initiative and a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Car driver and/or access to car – willing to travel.
