As Account Executive, you’ll support the client services team in terms of practical tasks, as well as helping develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
You’ll liaise with clients, suppliers and cross-functional internal teams to support the timely and profitable delivery of our projects.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
These include:
* Being a point of contact for the business, helping build and grow long-term relationships with clients.
* Working proactively with the client services team to support the delivery of work on time and on budget according to the clients’ needs and agreed objectives.
* Project management: working proactively with the account managers to quote and plan projects.
* Project evaluation: understanding and carrying out project learnings received from close out meetings, client feedback or analysis of quantitative data.
* Any other responsibility as determined by the client services team.

* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively brief in client work.
* Ability to support on multiple projects in an organised, methodical way.
