About this job
To support the Community Music Service (CMS) in data management. Responsibilities include creating and updating databases on the CMS cloud platform, analyzing data, producing reports, and supporting funding applications. Additional duties include reception tasks such as greeting visitors and answering calls.
* Maintain and update CMS databases, e.g., Whole Class Ensemble Teaching database.
* Produce data analysis reports, including pupil and instrument data.
* Provide resources like registers, transfers, and surveys.
* Organize events and bookings.
* Assist with Business Continuity Planning.
* Support financial data assessment for funding.
* Attend meetings and circulate minutes.
* Support office colleagues and cover reception duties as needed.

About You
You should have experience working in an office environment, supporting colleagues, and working within deadlines for government and Arts Council surveys.
