* Depending on your discipline and experience, you will support an experienced solicitor or partner
Conveyancing
* Commercial and residential conveyancing
* Lease renewals
* Refinancing and Bridging advice
* Working closely with banks and mortgage providers.
* Liaise with clients on terms and conditions, the sales packs and admin requirements for new files.
* Check anti-money laundering requirements and obtain opening file balances
* Get Office copies available and assist with new contracts.
* Work with a qualified solicitor from instruction, raising enquiries, exchange of contracts and post completion requirements.
* Prepare completion statements.
* Close files and deal with administration for storage.

Ideally with 1-3 years of relevant experience of conveyancing in a Law Firm
