Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: up to £45,000 (DOE), realistic OTE £52,000 £54,000 for top performers
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (no weekend working or rotas)

My client, a well-established and reputable main dealership, is recruiting an experienced Master Technician to join their friendly and professional aftersales team in Leamington Spa. Role Overview Master Technician
Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections)
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems
Maintain accurate records of all work and parts used
Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
Keep the work area clean and well-organised
Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
Requirements Master Technician
Proven experience as a Master Technician, with a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair)
MOT qualification is a significant advantage
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
Must have a well equipped toolbox appropriate for workshop duties
