Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00am – 5:00pm Benefits: 28 days annual leave Competitive salary with review after probation Supportive working environment On-Call Requirement: The successful candidate will be required to participate in the management on-call rota, which operates on a 1 in 5 week rotation. During the on-call week you will provide out-of-hours support : Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00am Weekends: 24-hour cover Most situations can be managed over the telephone; however, there may be occasions where the successful candidate will need to attend the home in person to support staff during emergencies or situations that cannot be resolved remotely.
