We’re looking for a RevOps / Systems Specialist to join Asite’s growing team and take ownership of our revenue tech stack. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage Salesforce and connected systems, ensure data flows seamlessly across platforms, and build scalable processes to support a fast-growing SaaS business.
You’ll be working closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to keep our systems running smoothly, build automations, and deliver insights that help the business scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own Salesforce end to end, including APEX, flows, SOQL queries, validations, and scalable solution design
* Manage the full GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Cognism, and more)
* Implement integrations between Salesforce and billing/accounting systems
* Build workflows and automations to streamline processes and support growth
* Run workshops and act as a business analyst with stakeholders at C-suite and director level
* Provide clear updates on process improvements and system enhancements
* Stay ahead of new technologies, with a keen interest in AI workflows and automation
What We’re Looking For
* 3–7 years’ experience in RevOps, Systems, or Salesforce-focused roles
* Strong Salesforce expertise (APEX, Flows, SOQL, Validations)
* Experience implementing or integrating with HubSpot, Gong, Cognism, or similar GTM tools
* Proven track record managing system integrations with billing or accounting platforms
* Confident working with senior managers and running workshops
* Ability to translate complex technical work into clear updates for business stakeholders
* Curious about AI-driven automation and excited to apply it in a fast-scaling SaaS environment
