What You Will Be doing
As a Servicing Specialist, you will support customers in financial difficulty identified a Vulnerable - whether due to mental health issues, disabilities or life events like bereavement. Your empathetic, customer-focused approach will ensure customers receive tailored, sensitive support through telephone interactions. You'll manage both simple and complex enquiries, providing a seamless and positive experience, while also handling sensitive cases such as non-recoverable debts and mortgage restructuring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan workloads in a fast-paced regulated environment.
2. Handle and resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
3. Support customers with tailored forbearance support solutions
4. Address and resolve complex customer queries with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulations, procedures and policies, using sound judgment to address challenges.
6. Communicate effectively, ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable customers
What We are Looking For
7. Background in financial service or mortgage environments is preferred
8. Experience within forbearance and supporting vulnerable customers
9. Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and resilience
10. Strong communication and IT Skills
11. Proven experience working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment
12. Positive Attitude
