Position:
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Remote
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
As a Workshop Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workshop delivery, training, and support to adult learners pursuing apprenticeships in the field of Adult Care. If you have the energy, experience, and a unique edge to facilitate engaging and impactful workshops and guide learners through their journey, we want to hear from you.
Role Requirements
* Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Employ a variety of teaching techniques and instructional methods catering to all accessibility and learning needs
* Design and administer assessments to evaluate apprentices' progress and understanding
* Participate in curriculum development of interactive, impactful, and engaging learning materials
* Work flexibly and deliver evening workshops as required
* Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures
* Please note, although this is a remote-based role, due to GDPR, you'll need to be based in the UK
Requirements:
* Grade A-C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Adult Care
* Level 3 Training qualification
* Extensive experience working within the Adult Care sector
* Experience working at a supervisory level
* Experience facilitating learning and engaging adults
* Excellent knowledge of Adult Care practices, regulations, and standards
* Ability to travel and attend in-person meetings and 1:1s
