At Connells, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to go out as a Canvasser and conduct viewings for our residential sales team in branch in Leamington Spa .

In this role you will be helping potential tenants by carrying out viewings and assisting with any queries in a professional and efficient manner. Local knowledge of surrounding areas would be beneficial to efficiently plan canvassing routes.
