Service Desk Analyst – Edinburgh - £30k plus benefits
Change Digital are currently recruiting on behalf of our Scottish based client an experienced IT Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for IT issues. Our client requires a strong problem solver with first class communication skills to join an established team in the heart of Edinburgh.
Skills required:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for laptops, mobile devices, software, and more
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with confidence
* Communicate clearly with users in non technical language
* Manage user accounts and support remote working setups
* Keep documentation up to date and contribute to continuous improvement
* Strong Microsoft OS and Office skills
* Great communication and problem-solving abilities
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
