Marketing Channel Executive Full Time, 39 Hours Permanent position with hybrid working (Head Office Windermere – minimum 3 days per week) Salary: £32,000 per annum In this role, you’ll support the marketing channel leads (PPC, SEO, Paid and Organic Social, and CRM) to deliver planned and tactical agile activities. You’ll collaborate with the digital trading team, data and insight team, and wider marketing content team to execute channel-specific marketing activities, providing support for activity delivery and reporting. Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator responsible for Organic Social & Affiliates, your responsibilities will include: Supporting activities to deliver paid acquisition and retention campaigns in partnership with business stakeholders, utilizing campaign data, product knowledge, and customer insights to identify optimization opportunities. Assisting the Marketing Coordinator (Organic) to ensure on-site and off-site content supports the Social Marketing plan and is SEO optimized. Supporting the optimization of paid content amplification across platforms like Meta and YouTube, aligned with marketing and campaign plans. Assisting in the build, testing, and timely dispatch of Lakeland’s email newsletters and myLakeland Club communications. Liaising with the Buying & Merchandising team and suppliers to source content and resources. Creating new content to enhance on-site product/category pages and develop competitions for marketing channels. Delivering daily and weekly reports using analytics tools and platform data, and proposing optimization recommendations to channel leads. To succeed, you’ll need excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail. You should be numerate, analytical, and data-driven in your approach. As a self-starter with a solutions-oriented attitude, you’ll be a team player who collaborates well and welcomes feedback for continuous improvement. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in digital marketing across multiple channels within a B2C and multichannel business with a strong online presence. Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics) and strong Excel/reporting skills are desirable. Experience in writing engaging content, demonstrating copywriting and proofreading skills, is preferred. Good computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
