The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Intern to join our team in Manchester. This internship offers hands-on exposure to international property sales, client engagement, and event support. It’s a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a global company while learning how to build relationships, develop leads, and promote high-value property projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business leads
* Support in organising and running property seminars and investor events
* Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports
* Participate in sales calls, meetings, and networking activities
* Maintain and update sales databases and contact lists
* Collaborate with marketing colleagues on promotional campaigns
Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong interest in sales, business development, or real estate
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Outgoing, confident, and motivated to engage with clients and partners
* Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
* University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
* Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is an advantage
