As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you\'ll deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and ensure a warm, friendly atmosphere in the dining area.
* Hand out balloons and help organise special events.
* Look after customers\' specific needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
* Contribute to a positive atmosphere and overall customer experience.
* Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour.
* Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
* The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
