Employee discount scheme covering retail, leisure and dining Key responsibilities as a Member Learning Coordinator include: Managing and enhancing the Learn platform to support Member learning and career progression Coordinating an annual programme of courses, qualifications, webinars and personal development events Identifying, evaluating and negotiating with external training providers (online and face-to-face) Overseeing delivery of Member education events at the Training Academy and online Collaborating with internal departments, Home Unions and other associations to expand learning opportunities Researching the training and developmental needs of Members across all roles Essential skills and experience as a Member Learning Coordinator: Understanding of the golf industry or another sporting interest. Experience with learning systems, education processes and event coordination Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) Strong communication and presentation skills
