We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Account Manager in the Canterbury region!
The primary objectives for the Corporate Account Manager is to grow FMG’s share of the Corporate Agricultural Commercial Market with new clients as well as maintaining and growing an existing Corporate Account portfolio.
As a Corporate Account Manager, key responsibilities include:
* Providing enhanced advice and risk management services relevant to our Corporate Rural & Commercial Accounts; demonstrating a first-hand understanding of the underlying risk appetite of the clients’ and major risks within their business operations.
* Collaborating with different business units within FMG to implement individual Corporate Account business plans for the portfolio and
* Playing a key role in the identification and acquisition of Corporate Accounts within the wider Canterbury region.
The successful candidate ideally will have:
* 5+ years’ experience in the Corporate insurance market and a demonstrated ability to add value through understanding our client’s business and risk appetites;
* Proven technical and market knowledge of the local insurance landscape and experience in structuring and placing large complex insurance programmes
* Strong ability to engage with FMG’s Corporate clients by understanding their strategic and operational goals and reconciling this with their relative business risk appetite.
* A track record of developing, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with a variety of large and complex business operations
* Ability to identify new and existing business opportunities that support portfolio growth, profitability, and retention.
