We are seeking a proactive and adaptable HLTA to work across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering tailored interventions, small group sessions, and in-class support. You’ll work closely with teachers and heads of department to ensure students receive the academic and emotional support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured lessons and interventions across KS3–KS4
• Support students in-class and lead small group work
• Provide cover for lessons when required
• Track and monitor pupil progress alongside teachers
• Work collaboratively with staff to uphold the school’s high standards
Requirements
• HLTA qualification or relevant experience
• Proven experience supporting in a secondary school setting
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A flexible, team-oriented approach and a passion for helping young people succeed
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
