Job Description
As the first dedicated Account Executive, you will own high‑value enterprise deals end‑to‑end, from qualification to signature. You will navigate complex procurement processes and manage Proof of Concepts as strategic closing mechanisms. This foundational hire will establish the company’s repeatable sales playbook and lead the expansion into a massive, underserved global market.
What You Will Do
* Execute the full enterprise sales cycle for six‑ and seven‑figure deals using structured methodologies like MEDDPICC.
* Scope and manage technical PoCs with clear success criteria tied directly to commercial outcomes and production contracts.
* Map complex organizational power structures and multi‑thread across economic buyers and champions within the world's largest insurers.
The ideal candidate
* 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of personally closing high‑value, multi‑year contracts.
* Expertise in running and converting enterprise pilots into long‑term production agreements within regulated financial services or insurtech.
* Self‑directed professional with the grit to build a sales playbook from zero in an early‑stage startup environment.
