As a Data & Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating data-related activities. Your mission? To ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data across the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management practices and support our business objectives. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a hybrid model that allows you to work three days a week from our Bicester office. We’re looking for candidates who are within a commutable distance. Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Generate and interpret data reports, charts, and tables to support informed decision-making. Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies. Develop and implement data management policies to enhance efficiency and data quality. Collaborate with various departments to collect data and meet reporting requirements. Maintain ongoing changes within codes and account setups. Provide technical assistance on data management tools and systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in data management practices. Handle routing, account, and code updates. Investigate discrepancies or errors with codes and accounts. Create new login information for customers within portals. Support the S&D analyst in projects and new ERP implementation. Who You Are
This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to gain valuable experience and grow professionally. We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who can: Analyze complex data and identify actionable trends. Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and strong problem-solving skills. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Communicate findings effectively, both verbally and in writing. Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with database systems.
