Quantity Surveyor – Property Developer | North London A growing PLC Developer based in North London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its in-house team and support an expanding pipeline of residential developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to work closely with development and construction teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities: * Cost planning, budgeting and cost control across multiple residential projects * Preparation of tender documentation and management of procurement * Valuations, variation management and agreement of final accounts * Liaison with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders * Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to directors Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential development * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Relevant qualification (RICS or working towards preferred) The Role Offers: * Competitive salary, dependent on experience * A long-term position with a busy and expanding developer * Exposure to high-quality residential schemes * A friendly, hands-on team environment based in North London
