What You'll Do:
* Deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs as a Paediatric Nurse
* Lead shifts in the absence of Senior Nurses
* Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals
* Participate in audits, research, and service development initiatives

What You Need:
* Registered Nurse qualification (RCN / RGN / RNLD)
