Your clients will range from first time property investors to people with existing portfolios. Having the ability to build rapport and relationships is key to being successful in this role, a long with having the hunger and tenacity to close deals. What's in it for you £25,000 £30,000 basic salary depending on current sales experience Superb commission structure taking OTE to circa £80,000 in year 1 Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Three bonus days leave over the festive period Another bonus day off for your birthday Pension plan Laptop and mobile phone Regular office socials Working environment is friendly and really encourages people to use their own initiative What you will be responsible for Advise clients on property investment opportunities that align with their financial goals Analyse market trends, property values, and economic indicators to guide investment decisions Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and developers Conduct financial feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed property investments Manage a portfolio of property assets and oversee transactions from acquisition to completion Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and pitch presentations for clients Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Progression, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client service is delivered Manage and produce reports on your own pipeline What you will have Ideally experience in property sales, but any form of product sales experience considered Proven track record in closing deals Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability and willingness to learn the technical side of building a property portfolio
