Role Information

This role takes full ownership of paid media performance across Learning Curve Group, ensuring activity is effective, efficient and aligned to business growth and learner recruitment objectives.

The Paid Media & Performance Manager will lead the strategy, delivery and ongoing optimisation of paid media activity across Learning Curve Group.

This is a hands on role combining strategic direction with day to day management of platforms, budgets, targeting and performance. You will ensure paid media activity supports recruitment, employer engagement and wider commercial goals, delivering measurable impact.

Working closely with marketing, automation and sales teams, you will ensure paid activity generates high quality leads and integrates seamlessly into the wider growth and conversion journey.

DUTIES

Paid Media Strategy

* Take ownership of the paid media strategy across Learning Curve Group

* Define the channel mix, budget allocation and testing approach to support growth objectives

* Ensure paid media activity aligns with learner recruitment, employer engagement and partner acquisition goals

Platform Ownership & Delivery

* Manage paid media platforms on a hands on basis, including Google Ads (Search, Display and YouTube)

* Manage Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram, alongside other platforms where appropriate

* Continuously optimise targeting, creative, messaging and landing journeys to improve performance

* Set up and maintain tracking, conversions and audiences in line with best practice

Performance & Optimisation

* Monitor and optimise activity against CPA, CPL and volume targets

* Identify opportunities to scale high performing campaigns and pause underperforming activity

* Run structured testing across audiences, messaging and formats to drive improvement

* Use insight and data to inform bidding, budgets and campaign structure

Funnel & Collaboration

* Work closely with automation and CRM teams to ensure paid leads are nurtured effectively

* Partner with content and creative teams to improve relevance and effectiveness

* Ensure clear visibility of paid media performance across the full funnel

Governance & Best Practice

* Maintain strong platform hygiene, including account structure and naming conventions

* Ensure compliance with platform policies and sector requirements

* Manage any external agency or freelance support where required

Essentia Criteria

* Proven experience in a hands on paid media role

* Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

* Demonstrated track record of delivering against CPA and CPL targets

* Strong understanding of conversion tracking and performance measurement

* Ability to balance strategic thinking with effective day to day execution

Desirable

* Experience within education, training or lead driven organisations

* Experience managing high volume, multiproduct paid media campaigns

* Experience collaborating with marketing automation and growth teams

* Familiarity with GA4 and CRM based conversion tracking

Recruitment Checks

Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. This means for some of our roles, we need to carry out certain checks to ascertain someone's suitability for working with learners.

As this role will not include regulated activity with learners, a DBS is not required. However, you will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove their eligibility to work in the UK.
