Junior Estimator / Estimator – Architectural Metalwork & Glazing

This is a specialist design-led business delivering architectural metalwork and glazing solutions across complex, high-performance projects. Their work combines engineering expertise with architectural craftsmanship, covering everything from bespoke steel and aluminium assemblies to precision glazing systems. With a focus on detail, innovation, and quality, they take projects from concept through to installation.

What You’ll Do
* Measure, price, and produce take-offs and bills of quantities
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
* Visit sites for measurements and surveys
* Support tenders and value engineering
Who You Are
* Must have Metalwork AND/OR architectural glazing experience.
* 1-5 years’ experience in either an Estimating, Design, Commercial or Construction capacity.
* Enthusiastic and ambitious! Someone who is going to make this their own!
* Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Able to produce accurate take-offs and bills of quantities.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable getting out on site! The best way to learn!
* A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors.
