We are looking for support workers to maximise the independence of individuals within our day services and community settings.
Day Service Support includes
* Ensuring that the people we support are kept safe
* Motivating the people we support to take part in various activities.
* Providing person centred care to all individuals
* Liaising and working within a team
* Day Trips and Activities within Day Services
* Medication administration
* Personal Care
* Moving & Handling (where required)
Community Support includes
* Support the individuals to run and take care of their own homes.
* Activities within the community
* Days/Trips out
* Supporting Individuals to maintain their health and wellbeing
* Personal Care
* Medication Administration
* Moving & Handling (where required)
* Sleep Ins
* Supported Holidays
About You
* A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
* A strong team player who can also work using their own initiative.
* A resilient personality whilst understanding the strength to seek support when needed.
* Satisfactory communication skills.
