They are currently seeking a highly skilled End User Computing (EUC) SME to lead the strategic and technical delivery of a modern digital workplace environment. Job Responsibilities/Objectives You will be responsible for shaping the architecture and strategic road map of the EUC environment, enabling a secure, high-performing, and scalable digital workplace for a global workforce. Lead the EUC workstream covering architecture, engineering, and delivery. Define and implement the EUC roadmap aligned with both business and IT strategy. Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient EUC solutions including Windows, macOS, VDI, and mobile endpoints. Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Citrix/VMware VDI, Intune, and SCCM. Ensure all EUC solutions adhere to security, regulatory, and compliance standards. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver integrated solutions and promote innovation. Required Skills/Experience Strong technical expertise in EUC platforms including Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VDI (Citrix/VMware), Intune, SCCM, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash). Experience architecting and deploying modern EUC environments across hybrid and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). In-depth knowledge of secure EUC practices including zero-trust architecture and identity/access management. Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. Desirable Skills/Experience Familiarity with Autopilot and modern provisioning techniques. Experience in piloting and deploying emerging digital workplace technologies. Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001. Experience in service optimisation through analytics and user feedback loops.
