About The Job: As a Self Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing four self-storage facilities. This role involves dealing with inbound leads, selling units, and driving new business. You will also manage existing clients, handle customer inquiries, and ensure that payments are up-to-date. When clients move out, you will check and prepare units for reallocation. Regular spot checks around the sites are also part of your duties.
Ideally, you will be based in our Eastbourne Self-Store, but you will also visit our other locations in Bexhill, Hailsham, and Newhaven. Training will be provided on all aspects of the job including our state-of-the-art software system and operating our smart stores, positioning you to drive business forward in our innovative self storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound leads and sell storage units confidently.
* Manage existing clients, including handling downsizes/upsizes and customer inquiries.
* Ensure units are clean and presentable for new clients.
* Perform regular spot checks around the sites.
* Oversee and manage four self-storage locations.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
* Confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
* Interest in marketing and social media is a plus.
* Motivated and driven with excellent people and communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and efficiency in work.
* Sales experience is essential, industry experience preferred.
