We now seek a Temporary Site Services Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As a Temporary Site Services Supervisor, you will work across our sites in London and the home counties assisting in carrying out all temporary site installations, site modifications, maintenance, testing and certifications, and be responsible for the storage, condition and maintenance of all temporary site services plant, equipment and materials.
In addition you will ensure Walter Lilly are in full compliance to current electrical installation and testing regulations and contribute and assist in the implementation of good health and safety.
The requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Attending tender site visits when required.
- Assisting in existing services validation during the enabling phase of a project.
- Assisting in the site review of the temporary electric scheme and offering advice.
- Assisting site management with the temporary builder supplies and meters for electrics water and gas.
- Managing isolations and strip outs, reviewing and approving RAMS in-conjunction with the site services manager and site management.
- Assisting with client coordination regarding service isolations within an existing operational building.
- Monitoring site visits / prelims against tender costs.
About You
To be considered for this role you will:
- Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car (essential)
- Have or be able to obtain and maintain CSCS certification
- Hold relevant qualifications
- Be able to work calmly under pressure.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be an approachable individual.
- Have directly relevant temporary electrics experience.
- Have a full technical understanding of all elements of building services and temporary electrics. This is essential.
