Overview
Our client is one of the South Coast's leading providers of design led homes who, with an excellent pipeline of new sites coming through, are looking to appoint a new Architectural Technologist to join what is already a high perform Design department.
Responsibilities
* Production of all Site specific working drawing packages
* Creation and management of standard house types and standard details
* Creating and maintaining processes on how working drawings are produced
* Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
What you\'ll have
* Experience as an Architectural Technologist either within a Housebuilder or working on large scale housing projects within an Architectural practice.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Experience using ArchiCAD
