The Strategic Producer exists to hold the strategic thread when things get messy - across audiences, channels, specialists, and internal politics - and to ensure work is coherent, humane, and effective.
Responsibilities will include:
* Set and protect strategic direction for a defined portfolio of clients
* Act as the senior strategic voice in client conversations
* Design joined-up programmes spanning brand, engagement, experience, and income
* Orchestrate specialist expertise with clarity and intent
* Intervene when work drifts, fragments, or loses its purpose
* Bring confidence and calm to high-pressure decisions
* Help clients align internally around shared language and direction
