As a Complex Needs Worker, you will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to residents with mental health, substance misuse, and other complex support needs. Working closely with partner agencies, you will help individuals build confidence, develop independent living skills, and move towards sustainable accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of residents with complex needs.
• Deliver tailored support plans and key-working sessions.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with mental health, substance misuse, and support services.
• Support tenancy sustainment, safeguarding, and housing management tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe living environment.
About You
• Experience working in housing, homelessness, social care, or a related field.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and complex needs.
• Understanding of safeguarding and multi-agency working.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, alternating early and late shifts, including weekends.

Due to the nature of the services provided, an enhanced DBS will be required, as well a full driving licence.
