Are you a dedicated social work professional passionate about making a positive impact? We're recruiting a Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join our team in Wolverhampton!
✨ What you'll do:
1. 🔄 Carry out a range of social work interventions as allocated by the team manager
2. 🌱 Embrace a restorative approach to practice, supporting families to develop their own plans through Family Meetings or Family Group Conferencing (where safe and appropriate)
3. 🏡 Promote strength-based relationships with children, families, staff, partners, and colleagues across the district
