An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic Registered Nurses to work in the Central Lancashire District Nursing Services.
The successful applicants will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a variety of settings, and will be part of an innovative, dynamic district nursing team.
We are looking for Registered Nurses who are patient and family focused, with excellent communication skills and an interest in community district nursing. If you identify with our patient centred vision of care and enjoy working in partnership with the local community, come and join us. Hours can be discussed at interview. Full and part time Permanent roles are available, along with 2 x 12 month fixed term positions for 22.5 hours per week.

Qualifications
* First level Registered Nurse
* Diploma in health related area or equivalent experience
Knowledge
* Ability to problem solve and make clinical decisions
* Understanding of NMC standards and implications for practice
* Motivated to self-develop
* Ability to work independently in community setting
Experience
* Multi-disciplinary/multi-agency working
Skills
* Flexible working including ability to work as part of 24-hour district nursing service
* Ability to comply with travel requirements of the post
