Waking Nights Support Worker
Prospect House is located in the heart of the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire and provides a residential service supporting 9 people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and/or dementia.

What you’ll be doing:
9. Supporting individuals with their personal, physical, and emotional needs throughout the night.
10. Completion of nightly duties, including domestic and administrative tasks.
11. Undertaking training online and face to face where necessary.
12. Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
13. Personal care.
14. Shift times: 9pm to 8am including weekend work.
Who you are:
15. The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
16. Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
17. Motivated and a team player.
18. Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and/or dementia is preferred but not essential.
