Location: Colchester, Essex Salary: £12.26 per hour Hours: Part-time – 22.5 hours per week (Weekend Work)
Driver preferred You must have the right to work full time in the UK Female applicants only (Exemption under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1) Experience with LD/Challenging behaviours & Sensory impairment is essential
About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Colchester.

* Assist with personal care, daily household tasks, and maintaining routines
* Encourage involvement in local activities and hobbies
* Foster independence, dignity and empowerment
* Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment
* Be flexible and adaptable to different situations and needs
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience with LD/Challenging behaviours & Sensory impairment

* A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Ability to lone work confidently and responsibly
* Driving ability preferred (to support community activities)
