Castlefield Estates are looking for a new Reception member to join our friendly and welcoming team, based in Castlefield, Manchester. We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced environment. We value innovation and fresh ideas to enhance our everyday operations.
Duties and Responsibilities :
* Meet and greet visitors with a friendly and professional approach
* Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
* Handle and respond to all correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters
* Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence
* Liaise with staff and external parties such as contractors, clients, and suppliers
* Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
* Manage the boardroom booking system
* Take notes at meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute them to all participants
* Control and manage the key register
* Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures
* Conduct research and source materials/items as required
* Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks
* Assisting the Operations Manager with Health & Safety documents
Experience and Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational and people management skills
* Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal)
* Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
* Working knowledge of standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, and other productivity tools)
* Experience in working in an administrative role [1-2 years preferable]

* This is an office-based role (Manchester City Centre)
* Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Pay: £19,500.00-£23,809.50 per year
