Job Description
Account Manager/Sales Executive – Food to Foodservice
Be responsible for managing a portfolio of foodservice accounts and developing new business in the Midlands. The role includes cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts and acquiring new clients to expand the customer base.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of 150–200 foodservice accounts.
* Cross-sell and upsell to existing accounts; develop new business.
* Plan and execute own sales journey; work towards company promotions and objectives in addition to personal targets.
* Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality service and product range coverage (fresh produce, ambient, chilled, and frozen).
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong sales professional with experience in the foodservice sector.
* Experience with a foodservice manufacturer or wholesaler is preferred.
* Candidates with a head chef background or catering qualification with field sales experience in other sectors will be considered.
* Strong teamwork, target-driven, and motivated to succeed in a sales environment.
Requirements
* Based from home with own travel; willing to travel within the Midlands region.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
