We are currently working with a reputable and well-established care provider operating across North London.
This organisation has a strong presence in the market, backed by two recent “Good” CQC ratings and a predominantly privately funded model. Due to continued growth and planned expansion across 2026–2027, they are now seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple services across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced leader with multi-site management experience to join a provider with a strong support network and genuine progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple services across North London
2. Ensure all services are compliant with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality standards
3. Support, develop, and manage Registered Managers across the region
4. Drive continuous improvement across services, focusing on quality, compliance, and outcomes
5. Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall service performance
6. Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans
7. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and external professionals
Requirements
8. Proven experience in a multi-site or regional management role within health & social care
9. Experience across diverse service user groups including elderly, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health, and clinical care needs
10. Experience supporting and managing multiple Registered Managers
11. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
12. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily across Northeast or Northwest London
13. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
14. Commercial awareness with the ability to drive service performance
