The Role?
* Working on customer support issues until resolution.
* Liaise with customers and provide in-the-moment IT help.
* Provide technical support and be the customer's IT liaison.
* Support a contracted range of hardware and software products and assist the account team leader in the delivery of outstanding levels of customer service

The Requirements?
* Experience in an IT support related role – preferably within an MSP environment
* Experience working with second-line support issues
* Skills with a Microsoft stack of technologies – Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, etc
* Solid understanding of networks
* Strong desire to gain new skills and certifications
