Key responsibilities
1. Supervising the daily back-of-house restaurant operations. You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef and support the senior chef team, the General Manager and the Commercial Manager.
2. You will be responsible for key tasks in the multiple kitchen operation spaces including HSE compliance, staffing levels and recipe system implementation.
3. You will liaise with onsite finance team with their invoice processes, stock and cost control whilst also overseeing the food delivery and goods-in team.
Experience as a Chef or a Kitchen Manager is not a prerequisite, as most responsibilities will be back of house. However, a good knowledge and understanding of the procedures and operational running of a kitchen or hospitality operation.
