Team Manager

Location: AYLESBURY

Are you looking for a role involved in high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets & DIY chains? We offer salaried Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to merchandise stock to high standards.

The Role

* A typical week consists of 48hrs, Sunday to Thursday.
* Leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers on client tasks.
* Communicating progress and project sign-offs with management.
* Carrying out health and safety inductions and checks.
* Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform where you can set availability and accept shifts.
* Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
* Work on various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift. Accommodation is provided when staying away.
* Responsibilities include:
* Removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems.
* Adjusting shelf heights.
* Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor with roll cages and pallet trucks.
* Travel involved when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided if required.
* Making decisions and prioritizing tasks.
* Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people.
* Methodical approach and attention to detail.
* Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
* Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.
* Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required. Applicants must be 18 or over.
