The Opportunity
We are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to help build and spearhead our City of London legal division.
This is a rare opportunity for someone ambitious to:
* Operate within one of the highest-fee recruitment markets globally
* Work directly with elite UK and US law firms
* Learn partner and senior-level recruitment strategy
* Build long-term relationships with high-performing legal professionals
* Eventually grow and lead a team within the division
This desk has the potential to become a multi-million-pound division within the business.
You will work directly alongside:
* Jason Connolly, CEO of JMC Legal Recruitment, who has a personal billing track record in excess of £1million per annum
* Sean Nicholson, Managing Director and Head of London, one of the most experienced legal recruiters in the market
You will also be surrounded by consultants with 7+ years legal recruitment experience and exceptional billing track records.

What We Are Looking For
This role requires confidence, intelligence, communication skills, and ambition.
You will be speaking daily with highly intelligent and commercially sophisticated professionals, often operating at senior levels within major law firms.
We are therefore looking for someone who:
* Has at least 12 months’ experience within recruitment, sales or business development OR you may have worked within the legal sector
* Is highly confident communicating with people
* Is commercially minded and financially motivated
* Learns quickly and can absorb information on the job
* Has strong emotional intelligence
* Has natural negotiation and influencing skills
* Wants to build a long-term, high-income career
