Maintenance Engineer – £51,000+ | Days & Nights | Every Other Long Weekend Off Location: Leicestershire Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts on a 5,5,4 rotating days and nights pattern – giving you every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Salary: Minimum £50,000, with realistic OTE of £55,000–£60,000 thanks to overtime (paid at 1.5x and 2x) and bonuses. Generous 10% pension, plus other site-specific benefits.
