Senior Asset Management Specialist (Senior Associate)
Location: London or Birmingham (hybrid working)
Contract: Fixed term - 2 years (extension possible)
Salary: Up to c. £50,000 depending on experience
The Role
This is a senior technical role focused on asset management and operational resilience across the water sector. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly for the industry regulator, influencing policy, performance frameworks and investment outcomes at a national level.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading delivery of a national Asset Management Maturity Assessment
* Supporting the development of integrated monitoring frameworks for operational resilience
* Analysing complex performance and asset data to inform regulatory decisions
* Managing projects, contracts, budgets and stakeholder engagement
* Working closely with senior internal leaders and external sector stakeholders
* Coaching and supporting colleagues within a multidisciplinary environment
